Crab pate

Ingredients

3 crab portions (12oz)
3 oz butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

In bowl, whip butter and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Beat in cheese, horseradish, and seasonings. Fold in crab, onion and parsley. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight
